To ensure consistent and predictable project quality, ISYS utilises an approach that follows a specific four-stage methodology that defines the necessary tasks, roles and deliverables needed for successful project management and completion.

 ISYS’s approach requires client involvement throughout the process. The client is intimately involved in defining the project requirements, reviewing and approving project stages, and project closure. Keeping our clients involved throughout our projects ensures that the business, functional and technology goals of the project are met. This methodology serves to create more accurate project visions and scopes of work resulting in reduced project risks and more accurate project budget estimates.

The four-stage approach includes:

 1.         Vision & Needs Analysis

This stage identifies the business vision for our client by assessing the current client situation, environment, business goals, and marketplace. The Vision Stage results in a document that clearly states the client’s business conditions, identifies the opportunities within the client’s business, and makes recommendations on how the client should proceed to meet the stated vision. Additionally, a proposal that outlines the next project stage is provided to the client.

2.         Solution Presentation & Clarify Stage

The Solution Presentation & Clarify stage of ISYS’s project approach details our proposal along with solution options and clarifies the business requirements for the project, as well as the business rules and processes potentially affected by the new project. Our proposal document within this phase serves as a guide for the design of the project. This design document provides the client with a well-defined project scope, investment consideration, and schedule for the remainder of the project.

 3.            Implement Stage

This stage is essentially where the rubber meets the road. Dependent on the project requirements, a final, more detailed project design is completed as the full-scale project implementation is launched. Our certified and ISYS Accredited contractors are deployed and set into action. Finally, the completed project is handed over and commissioned at the client location(s). Testing of the system onsite, client training, and project documentation are all completed during this stage as well.

4.            Enhancement Stage

In this stage, ISYS works with the client to review the project, the processes, and the results. ISYS and the client also discuss any ongoing enhancements or future projects that may result from the new business opportunities the project has provided, or other services ISYS can provide to further assist the client’s business in meeting their technology goals.
