Once the cabling system solution has been developed, the Project Management team takes over the project to ensure successful delivery of the solution. ISYS’s project plan provides mutual communications throughout the project. This cooperative effort forms a partnering environment with our customers in order to successfully achieve and exceed expectations.

Upon completion of the project, ISYS provides all certification testing documentation and CAD drawings detailing the system installation and number schematic. Our structured cabling systems are warranted by the system manufacturer ranging from 15-Years to Lifetime.

At ISYS, we can design and provision certain Telco Network Services for both local area services and any national service requirements. ISYS’s project team can easily coordinate and effectively integrate the carrier service portion of a project with the overall project implementation plan.

Cabling Maintenance Services

ISYS continues its quality service with on-going support of system moves/adds/changes, and system troubleshooting and repair. Customer’s have the option of various service programs;

1. Permanent on-site technician(s) to perform daily cable administration work.
2. Regularly scheduled monthly servicing of the cable plant and update documentation records.
3. Time and Materials hourly rates for service dispatched calls.

With ISYS’s 24/7 Customer Calling Service Center, ISYS can respond to our customer’s most urgent requests. Extended hours service plans or emergency service plans are available.

Campus/Riser/Backbone Cabling

ISYS’s premises cabling services is able to provide inside and outside plant backbone cabling for campus environments, high rise buildings, shopping centers, apartment communities, and commercial/industrial facilities.

Cabinets, Racks & Cable Management Systems

ISYS is able to provide a manufacturer’s system that suits the needs of the customer’s network environment. The customer may choose from a variety of Cabinets, Racks and Cable Management Systems.
